Mr. Sheelvardhan
Founder, Biotechnology Research & Innovation Lead

Coming from the Meerut region of Uttar Pradesh, Sheel built his journey without a business background, driven instead by curiosity, experimentation, and a deep interest in how science can improve everyday human life.
He holds a BSc and MSc in Biotechnology, where his work focused on microbiology, fermentation science, and natural bioactive systems. His academic research includes work on microbial bioconversion, fermentation processes, and herbal fermentation systems.
He has also gained industry experience working in research and development environments, contributing to quality control, microbial processes, and formulation understanding. His work has been published in scientific journals and conference proceedings related to bio-conversion, fermentation science, and microbial systems.

Through Vardhnova, he aims to build meaningful innovations that combine science, nature, and intelligent technologies to support human well-being.

Ms.Kalash Sharma
Co-Founder, Biochemistry, Analytical testing 

Kalash is the co-founder of Vardhnova Biotech and contributes through her background in chemistry, laboratory analysis, and formulation understanding.
Her academic work includes research on the antimicrobial activity of herbal extracts against respiratory pathogens, reflecting her interest in the intersection of natural compounds and biological activity.
Professionally, she has gained experience in chemical testing and analytical environments, including third-party testing systems associated with major consumer cosmetic brands such as Cipla, Hindustan Unilever, and PNG through laboratory validation processes.

Dr. Anjali Rathi 
Associate Prof., Ex-Pharma, Industrial Research

Dr. Anjali Rathi is a mentor to Vardhnova Biotech and has played an important role in encouraging the transition from scientific ideas to meaningful innovation. With experience across research, pharmaceutical industry, and biotechnology education, she brings valuable guidance to the startup’s scientific and developmental vision. especially in microbiology, fermentation science, and biotechnology-based experimentation.
